WAV Trackout & Stem License Terms (Commercial & Studio Ready)

Purchasing the WAV Trackout / Stem License unlocks high-definition audio files and complete multi-track mixing control under the following terms:

• What You Get: Full uncompressed WAV trackout stems (separated drums, bass/808s, instruments, and vocal hook stems) plus the high-resolution untagged WAV master file.

• Commercial Streaming & Distribution: Granted full commercial distribution rights on all major streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Tidal, Amazon, etc.) with zero sales or stream caps.

• Publishing & Master Royalties: Standard 50/50 split applies. As the producer/composer, I retain 50% of the Master Royalty Share and 50% of the Publishing / Writer’s Share on all commercial releases.

• Mixing & Modifications: You and your engineer are granted full rights to edit, rearrange, EQ, and mix the individual stems to fit your verse vocals seamlessly.

• Content ID & Copyright: You may not register the raw beat, stems, or your final song with YouTube Content ID or automated copyright distribution services (e.g., DistroKid Content ID, TuneCore Access). Content ID monetization remains strictly managed by the producer.

• Credit Requirement: Production credit must be officially listed in the track title or song metadata as: (Prod. by Antbeatz).
