Cancellation rights apply only to Goods returned in the same condition as received. Include all product instructions, documents, and wrappings. Damaged Goods, those not in the same condition as received, or worn beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. Take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while in Your possession.
We will reimburse You within 14 days from receiving the returned Goods, using the same payment method as Your Order. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
Cancellation rights do not apply to:
Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with Your prior express consent.

Prices Policy

Payments

Subscriptions
Subscription Period
The Service or some parts may be available only through a paid Subscription. Billing occurs in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly, or annually) based on the selected Subscription plan.
Upon each period's end, Your Subscription renews automatically unless canceled by You or the Company.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel Subscription renewals through Your Account settings or by contacting the Company. Refunds for fees already paid during the current Subscription period will not be provided, and access to the Service continues until the Subscription period's end.
Billing
Provide accurate billing information, including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method details.
If automatic billing fails, the Company will issue an electronic invoice, requiring manual payment by a specified deadline corresponding to the billing period on the invoice.
Fee Changes
The Company may, at its discretion and any time, modify Subscription fees. Fee changes become effective at the current Subscription period's end.
Reasonable prior notice of Subscription fee changes will be provided to allow You to terminate Your Subscription before the change takes effect.
Continued use of the Service after a Subscription fee change constitutes agreement to pay the modified fee.
Refunds
Paid Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except when mandated by law.
The Company may consider certain refund requests for Subscriptions on a case-by-case basis, granted at its sole discretion.
Promotions
Promotions available through the Service may be governed by rules separate from these Terms. If You participate in any Promotions, carefully review the applicable rules and Our Privacy Policy. In case of conflict between Promotion rules and these Terms, the Promotion rules prevail.
