Let’s face the facts, our love of music will eventually lead us to learning more about the music **business** mane. As a creative, the business side of music doesn’t really come naturally to every artist out here. On top of that, things are always changing in the music industry. So to really be successful, you will have to either learn the business side yourself. It took me 5 years to make a living off of my beats. I was stubborn at first, getting a few beat sales here and there. Just “winging it” basically at first. I got stuck, and couldn’t make more than $600 a month online. Tried everything that I knew at the time.

After thinking about that question, I went ahead and bought the course they were advertising for $50. Bought a few other courses online after that I’d been eyeing.

Knowing how to position your beats and brand is the key to monetizing your productions. Most producers making money online have multiple income sources.
I offer non-exclusive leases and custom exclusive licenses. Since licenses allow multiple artists to use the same beat, somewhile exclusive licenses transfer full ownership to a single buyer.
